Wayne Stoddart – Festival Chairperson and Events Coordinator

Wayne StoddartWayne Stoddart is the founding president of Purer Love Foundation, a non-profit organization based in the Tampa Bay area aimed at ending hunger and caters to the overall needs of at-risk youth. With professional training in Computer Information Sciences and Business Management Wayne brings many decades of Information Technology experience to the festival planning committee. A man of many talents, Wayne is also an international gospel recording artist with a history of published music and an extensive background in music arrangement and production. His multi-faceted network of professionals include artists and musicians alike who shares his vision of establishing the Righteous Rockers Movement as a platform in bringing cultural awareness in music and to cultivate a unified climate for artistic expression among Tampa’s community. Wayne is a family-focused individual who plays an active role in his church as a music worship leader and youth mentor and desires to repossess the music industry as a channel to positive living.


Joan Lewis – Logistics Coordinator

Joan LewisJoan plays a vital role as the logistical Coordinator. Holding a degree in Business Management, she is the longtime owner and operator of Empact Entertainment Corp. and Master Event Group LLC. Joan has also been actively involved in both the professional and civic community of Florida through different Tampa Organizations & Black Cultural Affairs. She has and actively organizes many Church and pubic Concerts & Events, amongst all her incredible efforts. Calling Tampa Bay her home for the past 36 years Joan has a love for its children, youth, potential, growth & cultural di-versity; with her special interest in underprivileged children. She has been a strong Advocate for building children relationships early and continuing literacy, education plus being an advocate for entrepreneurship in our low income communities. One her favorite quotes that always inspires her to push forward and take it to the next level is:

Rachel Campbell, Ed. – Community Relationship Liaison

Rachel Campbell

Rachel Campbell is an educator with a passion for mentoring the younger generation and a heart for serving the community. She has been a teacher at Title I and Renaissance schools in Hillsborough County for the past 8 years. She is an alumna of the University of South Florida in Tampa, earning a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education and a Masters degree in Reading Education. She recently earned an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Liberty University in Virginia. Outside of the classroom and school environment, Rachel plays an active role as a minister and administrator at her local church. Over the past 10 years Rachel has participated in and served on the boards of several university student organizations, community cultural organizations, Parent-Teacher Associations (PTA), and school improvement committees here in Tampa. Rachel is a music and performing arts enthusiast, and delights in the opportunity to combine her love of community and culture.


Denver Stoddart, CPA – Financial Consultant

Denver StoddartDenver has a successful CPA practice and is providing her over 15 years expertise in Business and Financial Consulting to the Righteous Rockers Festival. She believes in community outreach activities and actively serves on various community volunteer committees in the Tampa Bay area.





Tammi Stackhouse – Marketing Coordinator

Tammi StackhouseTammi is the owner of Rebel Marketing Group in Tampa, Florida. She specializes in marketing and social media management for businesses with an emphasis on startups and non-profits, as well as those in the fashion, sports and entertainment industries. She is an alumnus of Hampton University and is very active in the community. Her passion is working with or developing programs and events that help survivors of human trafficking. Tammi is the mother of two children and is a frequent patron of the arts.

Our hope is to keep you encouraged and motivated despite the challenges that you may face day to day.

Thee Righteous Temple of Hip Hop weekly features a wide variety of gospel hip hop, contemporary gospel, urban and other artistic forms of relevant righteous music from around the world.

As a radio-activist and current host of Thee Righteous Temple of Hip Hop,  Tempest encourages young people to live righteously.

Shawna Brown – Event Consultant

Shawna BrownShawna Brown is an editor based out of Tampa, Florida with a tremendous passion for writing. Brown completed her undergraduate studies in Mass Communications at the University of South Florida in Tampa and later her Master’s degree in Communication Theory. A journalist by training, she is a freelance editor who assists clients with their pre-publishing editorial needs as well as with any work requiring written format. For the last 7 years, Brown has worked with non-profit organizations in Central and South Florida as a grant writer to secure funding for various projects. Brown is also an avid music lover who composes lyrics and collaborates with musicians on writing for various genres of music. She is a fervent humanitarian who prides herself on building relationships and forming alliances through networks of visionary leaders poised on the principles of servitude.
